As a certified professional, my specialization lies in prevention and mitigation. I am adept at identifying the root causes of workplace violence and crafting effective solutions to prevent and mitigate risks. My key certifications include being a Board-Certified Workplace Violence & Threat Specialist, a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist, and a Certified De-escalation Instructor.
The strategies I employ have a proven record of success. For instance, one of my clients recently applied situational awareness and de-escalation techniques just days after training, averting a potential crisis involving disgruntled employees. I also ensured the safety of over 3500 attendees at a high-profile event in Massachusetts.
